Introducing a new feature to an app presents a unique set of challenges, particularly when the feature is multifaceted. Our objective was to incorporate a comprehensive rating feature into a delivery app.
The management team of Butler, a prominent delivery app in Eastern Europe, sought to gain insights from users regarding their delivery experiences and individual restaurant interactions. By collecting user feedback, the aim was to dynamically arrange restaurants based on their ratings through algorithmic adjustments. This initiative was undertaken to empower management with enhanced business insights.
