Workshop no.1

Empathy Mapping

Workshops are important phase of the product creation. On the trading product we did different mapping based on predefined Personas of N26 (on the slide above).

The first Workshop is Empathy Mapping and by forming groups that present each of those personas we ask them what they feel, think, say and do in different scenarios related to our Trading Product.

 

This workshop brought clarity and better understanding of the user perspective.

The second Workshop was Journey Mapping, and later on User Story Mapping.

And the last one presented here was prioritisation Matrix based on the Journey Mapping for each persona, but being aware of OKRs (growth or revenue in this case), and keeping in mind the proportion of each persona type in our users.
